Indian Creek Island - an exclusive Island directly west of Bal Harbour. The population of this luxury island was just 38 as recorded in 2004. Indian Creek is the 8th highest income locale in the United States.

The island is also home to the ultra-exclusive Indian Creek Country Club. In addition to one of the oldest private club houses in South Florida, the club's golf course is widely considered to be greater Miami's finest golf course and it occupies the entire interior of the island with just a few waterfront holes.
